LJUBLJANA, Jan 28
(Hina) - Slovenian Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec
has said it is out of the question to seek a solution to the savings
deposits of Croatian clients in the now-defunct Ljubljanska Banka (LB)
through arbitration, adding that in case of the finality of rulings by
Croatian courts against LB and its successor Nova Ljubljanska Banka,
Slovenia will enter a dispute with Croatia.
