ZAGREB, Jan 21
(Hina) - The defence for former Yugoslav and Croatian
intelligence chief Josip Perkovic will file a complaint with the
Constitutional Court against the decision by the Supreme Court to
uphold a Zagreb court ruling granting Perkovic's extradition to
Germany and will file a motion to stay his extradition until the
Constitutional Court rules on the case.
