(Hina) - Justice Minister Orsat Miljenic has refuted
criticism that harshly-worded comments made by "a high government
source" after the Zagreb County Court granted the extradition of
former Yugoslav and Croatian intelligence official Josip Perkovic to
Germany were an attempt of the executive authorities to exert pressure
on the judiciary.
