SARAJEVO, Dec 5
(Hina) - The Appeals Council of the State Court of
Bosnia and Herzegovina on Thursday dismissed a request by the state
prosecutorial authorities to reset detention for nine former Bosnian
Serb soldiers, already convicted for war crimes including genocide, as
the court found no legal grounds to send them behind bars.
