ZAGREB, Dec 4
(Hina) - Hungary's oil and gas group MOL has offered
its stake in Croatia's INA to the Croatian government, explaining that
if Zagreb would not or cannot purchase MOL's holding in INA, the
company plans to sell it to a third party, Sandor Csanyi, Deputy
Chairman of MOL's Board of Directors, said in an interview with the
Hungarian issue of Forbes Magazine on Wednesday.
