VUKOVAR, Nov 19
(Hina) - Stasa Zajovic, the chairwoman of the
Belgrade-based "Women in Black" civil society association that
attended Tuesday's commemorations of the 22nd anniversary of the day
when Vukovar's suburb of Borovo Naselje fell to the hands of Serb
rebel forces and the then Yugoslav People's Army, said that events
that marred Monday's observation of Vukovar Remembrance Day diverted
the focus from the responsibility of Serbia's political leaders for
aggression against Vukovar and Croatia.
