(Hina) - The task force assigned to prepare
amendments to the Constitution on Monday finalised the draft of the
amendments which among other things prescribe the lifting of the
statute of limitations for first degree murders, reducing the number
of signatures required to initiate a referendum by citizens and
introduce a threshold of 40% of the electorate going to the polls for
a referendum to be considered valid.
