ZAGREB, Nov 13
(Hina) - The director of the Croatian Banking
Association (HUB), Zoran Bohacek, on Wednesday said that banks were
surprised by statements made by Finance Minister Slavko Linic
concerning amendments to the Consumer Credit Act (ZPK) and that no
agreement would be reached with banks because they had reneged on
agreements, adding that the banks' position had not changed.
