(Hina) - In the two and a half years since the
enaction of the law lifting the statute of limitations on crimes of
war profiteering and privatisation-related crimes, eight persons have
been found guilty of such crimes pending appeal, 44 have been charged
and 10 are under investigation, the State Prosecutor's Office (DORH)
told Hina in answer to its query about the implementation of this
law.
