OSIJEK, Nov 5
(Hina) - Osijek Mayor Ivan Vrkic on Tuesday reported
that the waste management company (ZOIS), which was founded by five
eastern Croatian towns in Slavonia, had lost a court case against the
Austrian Strabag and Saubermacher construction companies after a
contract was cancelled for the construction of a regional waste depot
and that these towns were now due to pay HRK 80 million in damages.
