ZAGREB, Oct 28
(Hina) - The Zagreb County Court on Monday upheld an
indictment against Croatia's first interior minister, 93-year old
Josip Boljkovac, who has been accused of war crimes committed in May
1945 when he was the head of the Partizan-led National Security (OZNA)
local office in Karlovac, namely of commanding the arrest and
liquidation of 21 civilians from the Duga Resa area near Karlovac.
