ZAGREB, Oct 28
(Hina) - The state prosecution (DORH) has launched a
preliminary investigation aimed at determining whether a former
Yugoslav UDBA secret agent Josip Perkovic was responsible for the
assassination of a Croatian dissident Stjepan Djurekovic in Germany,
the Jutranji List daily reported on Monday while Perkovic's attorney
told the national broadcaster HTV that DORH probably has some evidence
that had not been available at the time of previous investigations.
