(Hina) - Iraqi national Abduladhim Maktouf, who has
been sentenced in Bosnia and Herzegovina to five years in prison for
war crimes against Croats committed in central Bosnia during the
country's 1992-1995 war, will be retried, the State Court announced on
Wednesday after receiving a ruling by the European Court of Human
Rights (ECHR) that ordered the retrial.
