commented on the agreement Croatia has reached with the European
Commission over the European Arrest Warrant (EAW) and unanimously
asses that Zagreb has recoiled in the wake of pressure by the
Commission which had threatened to impose sanctions against Croatia
because the government had rejected to promptly align the law on
judicial cooperation in criminal matters.
