ZAGREB, Sept 17
(Hina) - Dalekovod's management board stated on
Tuesday afternoon that it was considering all possible legal options
following the decision by the Zagreb Commercial Court to declare the
pre-bankruptcy settlement for this power transmission equipment
manufacturer inadmissible, while the Metal Workers' Trade Union (SMH)
and the Employers' Association (HUP) expressed fears of possible
consequences of the ruling made by judge Mislav Kolakusic.
