ZAGREB, Sept 12
(Hina) - Divestiture of INA's gas business will be
one of the issues to be discussed at forthcoming negotiations between
the Croatian government and the Hungarian oil and gas company MOL, the
head of the State Property Management Office, Mladen Pejnovic, said on
Thursday following a newspaper report that MOL would sue the Croatian
government because it had not taken over the gas business as
previously agreed.
