(Hina) - President of the International Criminal
Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia Theodor Meron has decided that
General Slobodan Praljak has to reimburse the Tribunal with more than
EUR 3 million incurred so far for the cost of his defence in that the
Registrar first provides Praljak with an itemisation of the costs to
be recovered, the ICTY said on Thursday.
