(Hina) - In its explanation of the ruling in the
Dalekovod case, the Constitutional Court found that the pre-bankruptcy
settlement proceedings conducted at the Zagreb Commercial Court should
not have been halted in that electrical and civil engineering company,
which Commercial Court Judge Mislav Kolakusic did in July so that it
could be established if certain provisions of the relevant law
complied with the Constitution.
