ZAGREB, Aug 15
(Hina) - In only 19 months the incumbent government
has contracted and paid from European Union funds more projects that
the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) governments did in five years, the
Regional Development and EU Funds Ministry said in a statement on
Thursday in response to accusations by HDZ deputy in the European
Parliament Ivana Maletic, stressing that these accusations were aimed
at diminishing the results of the Zoran Milanovic cabinet and the
ministry in preparations and use of money from European Union funds.
