Of those permits, 79.2 per cent referred to new buildings and 20.8 per cent to reconstruction work.
The permits envisage the construction of 500 flats.
The estimated value of works based on building permits issued in June reached HRK 1.77 billion, down 22.8 per cent on the year.
In the first half of 2013, a total of 2,889 building permits were issued, down 28.9 per cent year-on-year, and the works were estimated at HRK 8.17 billion in value, down 22.1 per cent from the first half of 2011.
