(Hina) - Commercial Court judge Mislav Kolakusic on
Monday asked the Constitutional Court to assess whether the Financial
Operations and Pre-Bankruptcy Settlement Act was constitutional. He
arrived in the building of the highest judicial authority around 10am
and informed the media he would submit his request.
