(Hina) - The importance of the International
Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) is that it has
helped individualise the guilt for war crimes, rather than having
entire ethnic groups being blamed, and establish the rule of law in
the countries of the former Yugoslavia, ICTY President Theodor Meron
said in an exclusive interview with the Serbian public broadcaster
RTS.
