Asked if they supported Croatia's EU accession, 72.4% said yes and 27.6% said no. Support was higher among men and respondents with higher education.
Also, 51.4% said Croatia's membership would step up Serbia's EU accession, mainly people under 44, while 48.6% believe it will slow the process down.
Asked which ex-Yugoslav country would join the EU next, 47.3% said Montenegro and 36.7% said Serbia.
The survey was conducted by the Ninamedia agency and the Prva TV station on a sample of 1,200 respondents on June 26-28.
