(Hina) - As of July 1, customs control will be
abolished at 74 border crossings between Croatia and neighbouring EU
countries because by joining the EU, Croatia will become part of the
European Union Customs Union, which is based on the free flow of
goods, internal trade, and commodity trade without customs formalities
or duties between member countries.
