LJUBLJANA, June 26
(Hina) - Croatia is to join the European Union in
the next few days and next year will be a historic opportunity for the
Balkans in drawing other countries in the region closer to European
integration, Austrian and Swedish Foreign Ministers Michael
Spindelegger and Carl Bildt said on Wednesday in a joint statement to
the press released by the Austrian Embassy in Ljubljana.
