ZAGREB, June 1
(Hina) - The Croatian Chief Public Prosecutor's
Office (DORH) has requested from the International Criminal Tribunal
for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) a portion of documentation and
evidence from the trial of Serbian security officials Jovica Stanisic
and Franko Simatovic to use it in ongoing and future prosecutions of
war crimes committed during the 1991-1995 war in Croatia, DORH says on
its website.
