ZAGREB, May 29
(Hina) - Three Croatian lawyers, who used to have
clients before the International Criminal Tribunal for the former
Yugoslavia (ICTY), agreed on Wednesday that the most dramatic segment
of the tribunal's guilty verdicts against six wartime Bosnian Croat
officials, sentenced to 111 years on the aggregate in the case "Prlic
et al.", was the finding of the tribunal's trial chamber that the
political and military leadership of the Republic of Croatia took part
in a joint criminal enterprise that existed on the territory of
Herceg-Bosna, according to the ruling's summary.
