Philip Reeker has explicitly named Bosnian Croat leaders Dragan Covic
and Bozo Ljubic as the most responsible for obstructing Bosnia and
Herzegovina's European Union membership bid, Bosnian Serb leader
Milorad Dodik as the main culprit for delays in Bosnia's coming closer
to NATO and the Social Democratic Party and the Party of Democratic
Action (SDA) for the ongoing stalemate in the Croat-Bosniak
Federation.
