ZAGREB, April 23
(Hina) - At the end of its session on Tuesday, the
Croatian Parliament discussed a bill on the implementation of the
European Parliament's regulation about the "citizens' initiative"
under which the European Commission will in future have to consider
drafting a new EU law if so requested by at least one million EU
citizens.
