ZAGREB, April 10
(Hina) - The Conflict of Interest Commission on
Wednesday established that the chief-of-staff in the prime minister's
office, Tomislav Saucha, was not obliged to inform the commission of
business relations between a law firm in which his wife holds a 23%
interest and the state-run Plinacro gas company nor was that law firm
obliged to inform the commission as Tomislav Saucha himself does not
have any shares in the company, the commission's chairwoman Dalija
Oreskovic explained.
