ZAGREB, April 2
(Hina) - A report by the Public Ombudsman for last
year submitted to the Croatian parliament notes occurrences of human
rights violations and points out the disparity between regulations and
what is actually done in practise. The report further underscores the
need to depoliticise and professionalise public administration, the
public ombudsman's office reported on Tuesday.
