(Hina) - With its entry to the European Union on 1
July, Croatia will start applying the system of excise duties on
energy products and electricity in compliance with European Union
regulations, and during its adjustment to the EU standards, Croatia
has been given the right to exempt households from paying levies on
gas supplies and electricity, it was said on a forum organised in
Zagreb on Thursday by the Energetika Marketing company.
