French Ambassador to Croatia Michele Boccoz said the exhibition was an opportunity for everyone in love with the French language to discover French culture through 100 views, given that the photos, apart from showing the history of the medium, also showed the history of France and the French people.
The exhibition testifies to the friendship between France and Croatia, which is founded on culture and art, Croatian Deputy Culture Minister Berislav Sipus said, adding that those ties had become even stronger in recent months during the Croatian Festival in France.
The exhibition was staged under the auspices of the French Foreign and European Affairs Ministry. It will be open until the end of the month and was organised in cooperation with the French Institute.
