LJUBLJANA, Feb 23
(Hina) - Slovenian State Secretary Tone Kajzer,
who replaced outgoing Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec at the
negotiations with Croatia on the issue of the now-defunct Ljubljanska
Banka (LB), has said he is optimistic about solving this issue in time
for Slovenia to ratify Croatia's Treaty of Accession to the European
Union so that Croatia can enter the Union on 1 July, as planned.
