This is the fifth time the Hotel&Gastroteh exhibition of gastronomy, hospitality equipment, catering, food and beverages and the InGA gastronomy innovations fairs are to be held in Zagreb and they are expected to attract the most reputable stakeholders in the sector of hospitality.
The fair is being held under the auspices of the Tourism Ministry and a novelty of the fair will be the baking of the longest cake which is expected to be 20 metres long as a charity event.
