VARAZDIN/KOPRIVNICA, Jan 30
(Hina) - Koprivnica Municipal Court has
confirmed an indictment issued by the Koprivnica Office of the
Municipal Prosecutor in the Mercator case against former Varazdin
Mayor Ivan Cehok and former director of the Parkovi urban landscaping
company, Miljenko Pticek, charged for signing a harmful contract for
the sale of land and in that way robbing the City of Varazdin of HRK
4.5 million.
