(Hina) - Dragoljub Ojdanic, the former Chief of the
General Staff of the Yugoslav Army and former Defence Minister of the
Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, has withdrawn his appeal to a guilty
verdict which the UN court ruled four years ago for crimes against
Kosovo Albanians committed in 1999 sentencing him then to 15 years in
prison, the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia
(ICTY) reported on Monday.
