Asked about an ongoing public debate on whether bilingualism should be introduced in the eastern town of Vukovar, he said there had always been resistance to enforcing laws on national minorities' rights but, more importantly, there was no resistance among those responsible for enforcing them. He added that with everyone else it was necessary to talk.
