ZAGREB, Dec 7 (Hina) - A Croatian delegation is participating in the General Assembly of the World Veterans' Federation, which is being held in Paris on December 4-8. The delegation includes Veterans' Minister Ivica Pancic, the
president of the Croatian Homeland War Veterans' Association and president of WVF's European Committee, Djuro Decak, and representatives of several veterans' associations-members of the WVF. The WVF European Committee, which is chaired by General Decak, is discussing a declaration on international veterans' cooperation between countries-members of the WVF from south-east Europe, which should be adopted, the Croatian Homeland War Veterans' Association (UHVDR) said in a statement. The declaration defines cooperation in the exchange of data on missing Croatian soldiers, prisoners of war, mine fields and mine removal, and care for war victims. The document also defines cooperation in the return of artefacts and goods stolen during the war, as well as cooperation in implementing programmes of psycho-social help for all war victims -both soldeirs and civilians. The WVF is marking its 50 anniversary.
