ZAGREB, May 27 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman on Thursday pardoned 90 convicts serving prison terms or who have been sentenced but have not yet begun serving their terms. The decision on the pardons has been made on the
occasion of May 30 - Croatian Statehood Day, in line with the Constitution, the Amnesty Law, and a proposal by the Amnesty Commission.
