ZAGREB, Dec 4
(Hina) - The International Criminal Tribunal for
former Yugoslavia (ICTY) Appeals Chamber on Tuesday upheld a life
sentence for Bosnian Serb Milan Lukic for crimes committed in the
eastern Bosnian town of Visegrad while the first instance verdict
against Lukic's relative, Sredoje Lukic for aiding and abetting in the
crime was reduced from 30 to 27 years.
