ZAGREB, Nov 16
(Hina) - The International Criminal Tribunal for the
former Yugoslavia (ICTY) has reversed the ruling in the case against
Croatian Generals Ante Gotovina and Mladen Markac handed down by a
Trial Chamber for unlawful shelling of towns during the 1995 Operation
Storm, under which a joint criminal enterprise existed with the
purpose of removing Serb civilians from Krajina, the presiding Judge
of the Appeals Chamber, Theodor Meron, said explaining the verdict.
