BRUSSELS, Sept 3
(Hina) - The European Commission said on Monday it
was deeply disappointed that Bosnia and Herzegovina's leaders had
failed to agree on constitutional amendments by the agreed date, which
was one of the conditions for the country to formally apply for EU
membership.
