ZAGREB, Aug 29
(Hina) - After a two-month summer recess, the trial
of former prime minister Ivo Sanader is scheduled to resumed on
Thursday with the testimony of Stefan Hurlimann, head of a Swiss
company to whose account EUR5 million was deposited for the alleged
bribery of Sanader so that he would allow the Hungarian oil company
MOL to gain management rights in the Croatian oil company INA,
however, according to unofficial information, the last witness for the
prosecution will most probably not attend tomorrow's trial.
