Those war victims have to live in the flat or the house they were given by the state for six months without interruption, otherwise the State Prosecutor's Offices sues them for damages, the SDF said, adding that there were 150 such lawsuits at the moment.
The SDF, a nongovernmental organisation representing interests of ethnic Serbs, wants the government and PM Milanovic to stop "such discrimination in housing provision" and to rescind regulations which "produces ethnic discrimination" in Croatia.
