(Hina) - Two civil society associations: "Franak",
established by Croatians who previously took loans pegged to the Swiss
franc, and "Potrosac ("Consumer") -- have lodged a collective lawsuit
against eight banks operating in Croatia over their denomination of
loans in the Swiss franc and their unilateral change of the interest
rate, the Franak association has said adding that the first hearing is
set for 4 July before the Zagreb Commercial Court,
