(Hina) - The government on Friday sent to trade
unions of employees in the public sector draft changes to the Basic
Collective Agreement for public sector employees under which public
sector employees would after all receive holiday cash grants, jubilee
bonuses according to the years of service and child allowances for
this year, however, the seniority pay would be reduced from 0.5
percent to 0.3 percent.
