(Hina) - Croatia's international recognition in
January 1992 was a result of complex diplomatic 'games' which had to
take into account the global picture of the world, the disinclination
of some world powers and the fear that the conflict would spread after
the break-up of the former Yugoslavia, some of the world's leading
diplomats at the time of Croatia's international recognition and
admission to the UN said in Zagreb on Tuesday.
