Mrsic posted on his Facebook page a draft bill on the
representativeness of trade unions and employers in collective
bargaining which defines new criteria for the representativeness of
trade unions and employers' associations and puts out of force
regulations of the Labour Act on the indefinite application of
extended collective agreements.
