ZAGREB, May 22
(Hina) - The Prosecutor's Office of the International
Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) has asked the
Appeals Chamber to reject the complaints which the defence of general
Ante Gotovina made during an appeal hearing, saying the prosecution
did not introduce new theses, as claimed by the defence, and that
Gotovina has been informed of all elements of the accusations since
the start of the trial, the ICTY said in a statement on Tuesday.
